We are a fast-growing and fast-moving company looking to hire an Operations Associate to join our team.

Job Description:

The Operations Associate will support various departments including HR, payroll, finance, production, sales, and marketing. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with HR functions including onboarding and compliance with badge applications.
• Oversee payroll processing, including accuracy checks and coordination with the payroll department.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing and adherence to financial procedures.
• Support daily operations in cash handling, including audits and deposits.
• Coordinate purchasing tasks, from initial requests to receipt and processing of goods.
• Facilitate operational support for production and sales teams, enhancing efficiency and data accuracy.
• Prepare and organize materials for marketing events and trade shows as needed.
• Serve as a liaison among various departments to ensure smooth operation and communication.

Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of administrative experience, preferably in a similar role or industry.
• Finance & accounting experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in using Sage, W4, Prism, and other relevant software systems a plus.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Compensation & Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation and benefits package, with a starting pay range from $25-$30 per hour and additional bonus opportunities.
